A group of gay and lesbian runners meets Sunday mornings at 10:00 and hits the river valley trail system.

Central Lions Senior Citizens Recreation Centre

Provides programs and services to seniors in the areas of fitness and sport, crafts and hobbies, music and dance, health and wellness, computers, art, games, and general learning. Rents a variety of room sizes/types to community organizations or for private functions. Has volunteer opportunities.

Free to Be Volleyball

Free To Be Volleyball has two levels:
The recreational league meets every Wednesday and the intermediate league meets every Thursday.
The intermediate league offers coaching and drills as well as opportunities to participate in inter-city tournaments. Please note that there is limited space available on the intermediate league.
Both groups play indoors at the Amiskiwacy Academy from 8-10pm.
